Shipping & Handling
Unless otherwise specified by our customer, we ship all orders through standard ground shipping using either UPS or USPS. In stock items are usually packed and shipped within 24 hours from the receipt of your order. For these orders, please allow 7-10 business days* from the ship date for delivery. Orders received after 12:00 pm (PST) on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday. Please allow an additional 24 hours for orders received on or 1-day prior to a holiday.
Unless otherwise specified, we will optimize shipping and handling fees for you by shipping the entire order when all items are available.
Online Inventory Disclaimer:
Because we ship directly from our storefront, online inventory may not always reflect what is currently in stock. We update this information as often as possible, but please understand that this may cause delays in completing our customers’ online purchases. We will notify you if your item is currently out of stock in our store, and may special order items if necessary. Custom orders placed online may require an additional 60-90 days to complete. Thank you for your patience.
Shipping Policy / Delivery Policy:
Please note that all items will ship out within four days of purchase, as long as items are in stock. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service(USPS), United Postal Service (UPS) or FEDEX. If youâ€™re trying to estimate when your item will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require express or 2day shipping, please call us at 888-738-5816 for charges.
Shipping and Handling Costs:
Minimum Shipping charge for 1 item ( $10.00)
Two or more items minimum charge ($20.00)
Exceptions on shipping are Bits/Spurs ($25.00) and Bedroll, Tarp, Straps($60.00 unless shipped out of U.S.)
PLEASE NOTE: Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. All in state orders will be charged 7.1% sales tax.

UPS shipped items may be tracked online at www.ups.com. We will provide you with a tracking number in your email shipment notification. Packages sent via UPS must have a valid and complete street address
Orders shipped to P.O. boxes will be shipped USPS parcel post. Customers will not be able to track these packages or receive delivery notifications. However, we can send USPS packages with delivery confirmation to verify that you received your package. Please contact us if you would like delivery confirmation for USPS packages.
Large or heavy items may require additional package time and may require adjusted shipping methods. In addition, items shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico may incur an additional cost. We will contact you by telephone or email with exact shipping fees.
Items not in stock or that ship direct from our supplier to you may take extra time. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for receipt of these items.
We make every attempt to get all orders to our customers as quickly as possible. However, we do offer UPS 3-Day Select for our 3-Day Select service, UPS 2nd day service for our Priority delivery and UPS Next Day Air service for Express shipping. Please contact us with express shipping requirements.

All orders may be subjected to a restocking fee if canceled or returned. If you wish to cancel an order please log into your account and cancel your recent order. As a courtesy, please contact J.M. If the order is not canceled within 24hrs or staff is not notified this is when the restocking fee may be applied.

Our goal at Capriola’s is to ensure that you, your family or friends are thrilled with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately either by phone or email. We will do everything we can to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
Refund / Exchange Policy
All refunds will be at discretion of management.
All refunds or exchanges must be within 12 days of purchase.
No refunds on sale or clearance items.
All sales are final on custom items.
All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. All freight charges will be excluded from refund or exchanges.
