Every concho on this exceptional sterling silver belt reflects the intricate craftsmanship and deep tradition of Navajo silversmith Tom Willeto. Each of the nine hand-stamped conchos is individually formed, domed, and detailed with precise repousse work, scalloped borders, and radiating fan motifs. The clean symmetry, bold stamping, and refined texture showcase the masterful balance of artistry and strength that defines Willeto’s silverwork.

The conchos are mounted on an unfinished leather strap, offering unique versatility for collectors or artisans. Without pre-punched holes, the strap allows for complete customization whether fitted for personal wear or repurposed into new creations. These conchos lend themselves beautifully to other applications such as bridle and headstall conchos, hat bands, cuffs, or custom leather projects, making the set highly desirable for both collectors and makers.

The buckle is clearly marked “Tom Willeto” and “Sterling” on the reverse. The original copper loops remain intact on most pieces, though one concho has been modified and now features a Chicago screw backing in place of the copper bands.
